The book «The City Bestia» is a visual study of the history and mythology of city carving. The purpose of this work is to decipher the visual language created by the city masters by studying the context of its appearance, the meaning of its symbols and characters.

The visual study is divided into two chapters: history and mythology. Each chapter reveals one aspect of the emergence and development of urban fisheries. THE FIRST CHAPTER reveals the context of carvings in the city region and also answers questions about how, when and by whom city watches and cashiers were made. SECOND CHAPTER revealed in more detail the image of the city carving system. By example, a reader can study the history and meaning of each of the symbols and characters that are common in a given fishery.
