People of Eternal Winter

This module was designed to co-locate with Dani Kapelkin’s clothing design student. Together, we produced and filmed his master’s and the KAPEL’s debut book, «People of Eternal Winter is a discussion of a man who faces personal, global, social and complex challenges. „Eternal winter“ is the main metaphor for these possible difficulties, a barrier that needs to be overcome. The hero of the brand is a man who, no matter what, wants to live and want to celebrate, even if it’s always snowy and cold. The hero doesn’t lose consciousness because of the severity of the world around him, he doesn’t try to escape, he fights and adapts, he walks through the layers of snow, and, like a snowman in the early spring, he marvels at his belief in the best,» Dana says about her collection.
