M2 office navigation

The office of M2 in Moscow required a navigation system due to its complex layout, which consists of three large areas. Each area includes team offices, meeting spaces, kitchens, and restrooms. In developing the navigation, we were guided by the company’s HR brand style. After several iterations, it became clear that the navigation system needed to be both unobtrusive yet still visible and easy to understand. As a result, we retained the shapes from the HR brand style but chose neutral colors (black and white) for the navigation.

To make it easier for employees to navigate the office, the three main areas were named after well-known squares in Moscow, while the meeting rooms were named after metro stations. The navigation system is seamlessly integrated into the office space.
