Communication designer & illustrator
I’m Anastasia, a communication designer
with a focus on illustration.
I create expressive visual stories and develop
them into coherent series, packaging and printed objects.
I combine detailed imagery, bold colour and typography to give
each project its own character. My work ranges from illustrated
packaging and interactive calendars to editorial design.
I’m looking to collaborate with design studios
and creative teams on projects where illustration plays a central role.
Packaging illustration | AQUARIUM
ProblemDevelop a distinctive packaging concept for a local craft beer brand from Nizhny Novgorod. The different flavours needed individual identities while remaining part of one recognisable range.IdeaCombine black-and-white local architecture with vivid illustrations of ingredients. Architecture connects the range to the city, while colour and ingredients distinguish each flavour.ResultA packaging series for three beers: Sour Ale, Tomato Gose and Soda Ale. A consistent layout unites the cans, while contrasting palettes and compositions give each variety its own character.

Illustration series | ASTRO BAR
Problem
Create a coherent illustration series that gives each zodiac-inspired cocktail a distinctive personality.Idea
Translate the character of each sign into a combination of colour, ingredients and movement. Split glasses release fruit, flowers and spices, turning each drink into a dynamic composition.Result
A series of 13 illustrations united by dark backgrounds, detailed imagery and flowing silhouettes. Each composition has its own palette and mood. Mockups explore how the illustrations could work on cocktail cards, cans and merchandise.
Interactive calendar | 12 Directions
Problem
Create a calendar that encourages people to discover the Nizhny Novgorod region through its cities, local stories and recognisable details.Idea
One month, one city, one miniature scene. Combine illustrated architecture, local characters and objects with a calendar grid and a fold-out room-box format.Result
An illustrated calendar covering 12 cities. A shared visual system connects the pages, while individual palettes and scenes give each place its own identity. The printed object brings illustration, information and physical interaction together.
The flat calendar page unfolds into a miniature scene, inviting the viewer to explore its layers and illustrated details.
Illustration series | 22 Unusual Days
Problem
Illustrate 22 consecutive dates, each associated with an unofficial celebration or a birthday. The challenge was to connect unrelated subjects within one coherent series.Idea
Find a playful visual metaphor for each date. Use a shared pink, blue, violet and yellow palette, textured strokes and rounded forms to connect portraits, objects and imaginary characters.Result
A series of 22 illustrations for a calendar, each also suitable as a standalone postcard. The collection explores how a consistent visual language can bring variety and humour to everyday themes.
